Save a child and help cover all costs associated with treating a child in need of urgent care, surgery, hospitalization, medical needs, travel, administration, and room & board.
SACH has partnered with an Israeli-American mural artist to create one-of-a-kind mezuzahs to be hung inside our new Children’s Hospital. This is a great way for our global network to help brighten our new hospital with warmth and support. Discover mosaic giving opportunities.
This fund will help support and maintain the playroom, ensuring that there are age appropriate games, toys, educational activities and art supplies for the children. The playroom is maintained by the volunteer coordinator and is the resource for our volunteers when planning activities and games for the children while they prepare for their surgery and recover. This fund will also include the following important projects for the holistic healing of the children during their stay in Israel:
Each child will receive an age-specific bag for them to play with, and to distract and comfort them while they await and heal during their time in the hospital.
Help us celebrate birthdays in the children's home with balloons, cake and presents.
Support the maintenance of the skype program so that children who arrive in Israel without a parent or guardian can call home during their time in Israel.
The House Mother's Fund supports the day-to-day needs for the Children's Home, including basics such as linens, baby wipes, diapers, towels, cutlery, toiletries, etc. and welcome packages mothers and nurses receive upon arrival in Israel.
We've partnered with Artists 4 Israel to provide psychological first aid kits to slow or stop the onset of cases of post-traumatic stress disorder. The kits utilize techniques of positive distraction and stimulate self-healing, and are provided to the children at the weekly Palestinian Clinic.
Supply additional medications to patients as needed for their return home as well as help support the costs that are incurred when children need additional treatment or medication beyond their cardiac care.
This fund covers maintenance and safety upgrades, new furniture and appliances for the Children's Home as needed.
